The seasonal slowdown is here. Leasing units in November and December requires lower rents and offering concessions. Be willing to negotiate and offer incentives like rent abatements or parking included.
We are still pushing rents in A+ locations. Outside of Fremont/Queen Anne/Green Lake we are dropping rents to get heads in beds.
