We have a dedicated team based in Seattle who are available to quickly address any resident needs. Whether you are a current or prospective resident, our leasing staff will help you find the home that is right for you.
Rental Requirements:
- Income: Yearly income must be 2.5x the yearly rent. Verification required.
- Credit History: Minimum score of 650 must be met by all applicants.
- Employment History: Must have current job for a minimum of 6 months. Verification required.
- Rental History: No prior evictions on record allowed. Positive reference check and resident verification for last 3 years living history
- Criminal History (only applies to properties outside of Seattle): Applicant’s entire criminal history must be disclosed. Preference is no criminal record resulting in harm to persons or property within the prior 7 years. Individual circumstances will always be reviewed.
- Must meet earliest available lease start date (*Lessor may make exceptions)
- Must schedule and complete a tour (in person or virtual) before qualifying for approval.
- All information requested on application must be completed fully to qualify as a submitted application.
